So, Karen has done it again with yet another amazing collection. She was inspired by her favorite board game, Clue. She named the collection "Murder Mystery" because for the obvious reasons, you are trying to figure out who killed Mr. Broddy. The collection consist of 6 gorgeous polishes. Each representing a character from the game. Here are the characters:

So, I know you wanna see the swatches already, so lets get started.
"Ms Scarlet" is a gorgeous holographic red. The formula for this polish was great. I used two coats and sealed it with top coat. I love this polish so much it had me drooling and you better bet that I'll be buying the full size! I'm a sucker for gorgeous red polishes!

Up next we have "Mrs Peacock". Mrs Peacock is a gorgeous green/blue polish. If you look closely you will be able to see a little shimmer to it. Application went on smooth and I used two coats for this swatch. I sealed it with top coat and was ready to go. This color reminds me of silk because it looks so smooth over the nail.

"Mrs White" is a white and black polish. It is filled with white and black glitter and it also has some silver holo dust. I love how you can wear this polish two ways. One way is to wear it with no top coat. It will give you a textured look which I think is pretty darn cool! And the other ways is of course with top coat. I recommend using two coats of TC for that smooth finish. For the swatch I used two coats. I will show you how it looks with and without top coat. Now, because this is packed with lots of black and white glitters, you will have to be patient. You can use the dabbing method or try applying thick coats. Remember to use a fast drying top coat if you do apply thick coats!

On to the males....
"Mr Green" is a gooorgeous green with holo dust and gold shimmer. This green is perfect. I don't own too many greens because I could never find one that I love... I have like maybe two, and this one is my favorite. I will post a video of this green in action in my
Instagram, so check it out. You will love it! I used two coats and sealed it with top coat. Application was great and went on smooth. A reminder to always use a good base coat specially with green colors, and with any color polish for the matter. You want to prevent staining.

Last from the collection is "Colonel Mustard". This polish is a lovely shade of yellow. It has a slight shimmer to it. Formula is great and goes on flawlessly onto the nail. I used two coats with top coat. I was surprised at how well pigmented this polish is. Usually, for some yellow polishes you are required to apply a full three coats for an opaque look, but not this polish!

Karen was able to capture the true colors for each of the characters. She never fails to amaze me with her talent. Besides the gorgeous polishes she makes, she has an excellent customer service.
