Hi!! 

I'm back with another awesome collection! Michelle also sent me this collection to swatch and I gotta say that I LOVE IT!

This collection is called Juicy Gems and guess what?! It's a thermal collection! whatttt! LOL.. These are actually the first thermals I try! I've used color change before but the one activated by the sun, not water.

Any who... This collection comes with 5 polishes. One of the many things I love about them is that they are HOLO. 

So let me get started with the complete collection:

Proper Polish Nail Lacquer: Juicy Gems collection

First polish from this collection is Water Berry POP!. A bright neon coral pink when warm to a light coral pink when cold. I used 2 coats for this polish. The change is not too noticeable but it is there. It's such a lovely coral and I love how it compliments my skin tone.. At least I think so.... lol. Cold color changes at 85 degree Fahrenheit or colder.

Second we have Sour Tangerine. I did 2 coats. Love how the formula is with these polishes. Very easy to apply. This polish changes from a neon yellow when warm to an orange when cold. The combination of both colors actually reminded me of that halloween candy in a shape of a triangle.. not sure what you call it...lol. I love how fast this color transitions from one to the other. Cold color changes at 85 degrees Farenheit or colder.

Third of the collection is A Blue Blackberry. I LOVEE this one! One of my faves. This polish goes from blue when warm to a deep purple when cold. This was so much fun to play around with. 2 coats. The holoness is even more noticeable on this polish. It's a beautiful color! Cold color changes at 75 degrees Fahrenheit or colder.

Next up is Raisins are Grapes. With 2 coats I was able to achieve the look I wanted. This polish goes from a bright purple when warm to a dark purple. This dark purple is different from the purple in A Blue Blackberry. Its softer. Cold color changes at 85 degrees Fahrenheit or colder.

Lastly, we have Sour Apple. I applied 2 coats for my swatch. This really reminds me of green apples! It's such a lovely neon green. Color changes from a light neon green when warm, to a brighter neon green when cold. You will need to have the cold water at 85 degrees Fahrenheit or colder for the change to take effect.

Overall, I love this collection. I've always wanted to try thermal colors so I was so happy to swatch these for Michelle. She did an excellent job with these. I've heard that working with thermals can be pretty tricky when making polishes, so I am sure she worked extra hard on these!. I love the formula for this collection. Very easy to apply and it went on smoothly.

Hello Ladies!

I was contacted by the awesome Michelle from Proper Polish to swatch some of her new polishes releasing on August 18th. (mark your calendar!)

This collection is called Frankly Awesome and was inspired by Lisa Frank. Do you remember when you were little and Lisa Frank products were very popular? They still sell today but not as much as when I used to be little... or maybe because i'm a grown up and don't hang out with kids to even know how popular it is today. But anyway, I love Lisa Frank! And this collection is perfect and it took me back!.

This collection contains 7 polishes, with one of them being a holo glitter topper.

The awesome thing about these polishes is that they glow under the black light! yes! And they look so cool!! I have a cheap black light so my colors don't look as cool, but it gives you an idea... LOL

First up from the collection is Bunny Ballet. Bunny Ballet is neon pink crelly filled with large and small hex, diamonds and micro holo dust. I applied two coats under my essie base coat. Application was great and smooth.

Second polish would be Dolphin Dance. This pretty is a blue neon filled with squares, hearts, iridescent hex and micro holo dust. Two coats for my swatch under a base coat. Application was easy peasy.

Third polish coming up! One Fancy Bear is another crelly in neon orange. This polish is filled with hex, squares, dots, holo hex and micro holo dust. Two coats and voila!

Numero Cuatro! Here we have Frank the Star, a neon yellow crelly filled with stars, diamonds, squares, dots and micro holo dust. I love how this collection only needs two coats! And the formula is amazing!

Next, we have Diva Envy, which is a neon green crelly filled with diamonds, hearts, squares and micro holo dust! I love all the bright glitters in it. I applied two coats on my nails. =)

Second to last would be Painting Panda. This beauty is a neon purple filled with hearts in pink and yellow, triangles, holo hex and micro holo dust. I love this color! For this one I used 3 coats but you can get away with 2. It all depends on how much glitter you want on your nails.

Last but not least.... we have Rainbow Parade! a gorgeous glitter topper! This glitter topper has all the glitters that were used in the other crelly polishes from this collection. It creates a glitter bomb of rainbow colors! and the added holo to it!! OMG! I love it! I did one coat over black polish. Since its a glitter bomb, you can use 2-3 coats to make it opaque. LOVEEE it!

Well, those are it! 7 pretties from Michelle. What I love about them is that they are all bright and fun! Formula gets an A+. Very easy to apply, specially with all the glitter. I didn't have to do a lot of fishing, only a little bit for some hearts and that is because hearts and bigger, and bigger glitter tend to do that with all polishes. But its not something I mind because it also gives me a chance to do some heart placement!

Over all I would definitely recommend this collection! Specially if you own a blacklight!! its so much fun to look at the brightness of the colors! I have a confession to make, my blacklight is not really a blacklight... well, to me it is.. but the light is actually from a drill... lol!!!!! I use it as one because it works like one but not really... if you know what I mean.... haha.. WOW! that feels good to get off my chest... lol..

I gotta say, that from the minute that Michelle posted pictures of these polishes I fell in love with them and I wanted them! So I patiently waited for their release date! And when they came out, I quickly jumped to snag some! I'm talking about three of the 4 that I bought. The other one I always wanted but it's not from her most recent collection. And she was so kind and generous to gift me two minis from her recent collection! She is such a sweetheart! (Thank you Michelle!)

I couldn't wait for a day off from work so I could swatch these! I was behind on swatching and now I'm a bit caught up so I am happy now! 

Can you believe that I've been dreaming with polishes!? I have it bad! lol.... But hey, polishes make me happy and they relax me from the day to day stress... so.... there! lol

This gorgeous hot neon pink is called Barbie Crack! lol... love the name! I used two coats for this swatch. Love the scattered holo glitter in it! I know you can't really see it but I promise its there! I'm kind of sad that the camera won't capture its true color! But It is a gorgeous neon pink! This is one of the polishes that I fell in love with when she first posted sneak peaks!

LOOOVEE this purple! Like I said before, the camera won't capture its true color... :-/  Like Barbie Crack, it its filled with scattered holo glitter and I used two easy coats! I love anything purple!

I'm not much of an orange person, but when I saw this one I was like I WANT IT NOW! Again, it looks so much prettier in person... My camera hates bright colors... I need to fire her!.. But yup, lovely orange! It was love at first sight... Literally! And the scattered holo in it... <3 I gotta say, that with these three, from her latest collection, you can get away with one coat. But I used two! =)

I love this one! I wanted to get it with my first purchase I made from Michelle but you know... I had to limit myself... lol... So, now I finally own it! This is a black polish filled pretty glitters and stars!! It has a blue shimmer that makes it look sooo pretty! (that's what I first loved about it! the blue shimmer!) I did two coats and no fishing for stars.

You thought I was done huh!? lol... Well, I have two more to show you and these are the two that she gifted to me, they are also from her recent collection.

Solar Flare from Proper Polish

For Solar Flare I used 4 coats but you can do 3. This polish is sooo sparkly... The best part is that its scented!!!! I had totally forgot that she had scented polish and when I started smelling it I thought I was going crazy! lol... The scent for this one is COFFEE! Who doesn't love coffee?? I'm not a big coffee drinker but I do love the smell. I love that!!

Space Dust from Proper Polish

Lastly, we have Space Dust. It looks like a light blue on pictures but its actually a teal color glitter. It also has black and silver triangles and blue stars. Very sparkly and pretty!
